How to Keep Top Talent

Editorial illustration for HBR's special issue 2021. This article presents some ideas of how to keep top talents, such as engaging talents, emphasizing their roles, offering different compensation, placing stars in "live fire" roles, and many others. My apporch for this illustration was to generate different elements from what the author talked about, and merged those elements together.

Designing the Hybrid Office

Tomorrow’s offices will serve primarily as a place to renew social ties, build a learning culture and offer opportunities for serendipity. They will be designed and managed to foster human connections with the help of technology. The author advocated the new office with be an hybrid one with the mix of remote home office and in person office. I approached this illustration with a more abstract and conceptual style, using buidling blocks and work elements to create this workplace.
